## POSITION OVERVIEW
Voice Up seeks a visionary National Director of Ministry to lead faith-based initiatives connecting people to their God-given purpose through Jesus Christ. This leader will develop a global framework transforming ministry across denominational, cultural, and geographic boundaries. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic spiritual leader who can connect faith to purpose discovery in culturally relevant ways, creating inclusive environments where purpose and faith intersect to address loneliness, family challenges, and disconnection.

## MISSION IMPACT
You will transform how faith communities approach purpose discovery by developing integrated models connecting spiritual formation with practical service. Starting with pilots across 10-15 global regions, you'll create a replicable approach demonstrating how Christ-centered purpose discovery addresses pressing challenges from youth loneliness to family fragmentation. Your leadership will establish Voice Up's ministry initiatives as global models for sharing Christ's love while helping people discover their unique purpose.

## KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

### Ministry Model Development
- Create a comprehensive purpose-centered faith framework with global adaptability
- Build ministry frameworks bridging denominational differences
- Produce implementation guides and establish theological foundations
- Design family-focused ministry and youth engagement models addressing disconnection

### Purpose Integration in Faith Contexts
- Develop purpose discovery resources within a Christian framework
- Create spiritual formation pathways connecting purpose to discipleship
- Design biblical purpose curriculum and church implementation models
- Develop resources equipping ministry leaders for cross-cultural adaptation

### Global Ministry Expansion
- Lead strategic expansion to global contexts with contextual adaptation
- Build partnerships with international ministry organizations
- Establish global communities of practice for purpose-centered ministry
- Design phased implementation plans for global ministry growth

### Community-Based Ministry Initiatives
- Develop models supporting churches in purpose-centered ministry
- Create approaches for sharing Christ's love across faith boundaries
- Build frameworks connecting purpose discovery to community service
- Design specialized programs for families, youth, and recovery ministry

### Leadership Development
- Create training programs for pastors and lay leaders
- Develop resources for effective cross-cultural ministry
- Establish mentorship systems and theological education partnerships
- Foster a global network of ministry leaders committed to purpose-centered approaches

### Faith-Based Resource Development
- Create devotionals, curriculum, and family resources connecting Scripture to purpose
- Design age-appropriate youth materials and sermon guides
- Produce digital content and multi-format resources supporting purpose discovery

## QUALIFICATIONS

### Experience & Expertise
- Significant ministry leadership experience (5+ years) at regional, national, or global level
- Strong theological foundation with formal education (M.Div or equivalent)
- Experience in cross-cultural ministry and program development
- Track record developing leaders from diverse backgrounds

### Knowledge & Skills
- Nuanced understanding of Christian theology across denominational traditions
- Ability to adapt ministry approaches to diverse cultural contexts
- Understanding of purpose formation and comprehensive biblical knowledge
- Demonstrated ministry innovation and global perspective
